Service Contract — Organization and Training Services

Trakya Development Agency intends to award a service contract for strategy development, branding, content creation and production, promotion, PR management, event management, and digital transformation services for the Pomorie–Kırklareli Terroir & Traditions Tourism Route in Kırklareli, Türkiye, under five lots:
LOT 1: Strategy Development — Integrated strategic framework, SWOT analysis, stakeholder engagement, market research and preparation of a Sustainable Tourism Practices Guide
LOT 2: Creative Design and Visual Production — Corporate identity package, route map illustration, design of brochures, visitor guides and postcards, professional photography and drone shooting (min. 200 photos), and production of three thematic promotional films
LOT 3: Printing Services — Printing and delivery of 1,000 maps, 1,000 brochures, 1,000 visitor guides and 1,000 postcards
LOT 4: PR, Organisation & Event Management and Travel Services — Partners' meeting organisation, cross-border transport services, multichannel PR and digital marketing, and organisation of the two-day Terroir & Traditions Festival
LOT 5: Digital & Green Transformation — Design and development of a smart mobile application and website for the sustainable tourism route, including offline functionality and sustainability tracking features
This tender is implemented under project BGTR0200103 / Shared Shores & Stories: Discovering the Rich Cultural Heritage & Terroir of Pomorie–Kırklareli Tourist Area, by Trakya Development Agency, with the financial support of the (INTERREG VI-A) IPA Bulgaria-Turkey Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2021–2027.
