Important for Closure of 2014-2020 Programme – Reporting and Reimbursement of expenditures

Dear beneficiaries,

In order to ensure the smooth running of the closure process of the Interreg IPA CBC Programme Bulgaria – Türkiye 2014-2020 the Managing Authority developed the following schedule and deadlines in connection with verification process of the reported expenditures by the beneficiaries after the end of the project implementation:


∙           Final date for submission of requests for first level control (FLC) by beneficiaries – 10.01.2024;


∙           Approval of the Project Progress Report by JS – 31.01.2024;


∙           Preparation and submission of requests for payment by the Lead beneficiaries to the Managing authority – 31.03.2024;


∙           Verification of expenditures by the Managing authority – 31.05.2024.




The deadlines above are at the Programme level. Each project partner has to follow the deadlines for preparation and submission of the reports according to the respective project and the subsidy contract (which in most cases are earlier).

Please, take all necessary action by your site for the submission of the reports on time (not on the last day of the deadline) and with the necessary quality. If you have any questions, problems and unclear issues regarding the reports contact the MA, JC or NA.
