The Joint Secretariat of the Bulgaria-Türkiye Programme invites all Bulgarian project beneficiaries from Priority 2 “Integrated Development of the Cross-Border Region” to participate in an online training session designed to support the effective implementation and reporting of projects. Financial and administrative staff of the partners are encouraged to join, as well as other organizations, involved in the project implementation.

✔ Project mobilization – Initial setup, administrative requirements and partnership coordination;
✔ Technical implementation & reporting – Progress monitoring, risk management, contract modifications;
✔ Modifications – Managing project changes;
✔ Financial reporting – Eligible costs, verification process and financial reporting requirements;
✔ Visibility & communication requirements – EU branding, dissemination and outreach;
✔ JEMS – Initial steps for using the Joint Electronic Monitoring System
