To facilitate the transition towards a circular economy model in our organizations through cutting-edge technologies, waste reduction, and resource efficiency. We focus on smart machine investments, waste management, and recycling to reduce environmental impact, improve competitiveness, and drive sustainable development. Additionally, we prioritize capacity building to empower employees, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within our organizations.

Project activities:

• Circular economy Investments:

  Türkiye, Kırkareli: Integration of an Industry 4.0-compliant fabric cutting machine

  Bulgaria, Lyubimets: Integration of an eco-friendly, automated garment production line (including CAD software and cutting systems)

• Publicity measures
• Training, workshop and networking event.

Expected project impact:

• Energy Efficiency: Introduce automated, precision-driven systems that reduce material waste by over 10% and optimize raw material use
• Environmental Impact: Lower energy consumption & carbon footprint, reduce fabric waste
• Cross-Border Cooperation: Joint actions strengthen sustainable manufacturing practices and innovation in the CB textile sector.
