Info campaign to back candidates in assembling comprehensive project proposals

The Joint Secretariat of the Bulgaria – Türkiye Programme will run an information campaign to support the pre-defined applicants in Priority 2 “Integrated Development of the Cross-Border Region”. Both lead and project partners will master in evolving concept notes into full project proposals from the main and the reserve list.

The campaign includes a series of interactive meetings, designed to bring together the Managing Authority, National Authority, Joint Secretariat and pre-defined applicants from the first phase of the call. These events aim to enhance the skills and knowledge necessary for developing comprehensive project proposals based on the concept notes, as part of the Programme's Territorial Strategy.

The first scheduled event will be a workshop in Haskovo, Bulgaria on 20.06.2024 (Thursday) and will cover the following topics: 

1. “From concept note to full project proposal: What cannot be changed?”

2. Expanding and detailing upon a project idea: How to build the project work plan?” 

3. “Developing a full project proposal: How to build the project budget?”

4. “Compiling the full project proposal: How to prepare and submit the proposal?”

5. “Screening and contracting process”

The event will be conducted in Bulgarian language and it is free for the pre-defined applicants, however a registration is mandatory for each person who would like to join. There are no restrictions on the number of attendees, but we kindly ask you to keep it no more than three persons per institution.  All the information from the workshops will be published on the programme’s website.
