To strengthen tourism in the Pomorie-Kırklareli border region by capitalizing on its cultural heritage, natural beauty, gastronomy, and unique attractions. By creating a unified and appealing destination, the project aims to increase tourist flows, boost the local economy, and establish the region as a competitive and sustainable year-round tourist destination through tourism initiatives and digital connectivity. 

Project activities:

• Soft activities: Strategy for the development of the cross-border region Pomorie-Kırklareli through a stakeholder engagement study and creating a guide for sustainable tourism practices
   
• Tourism related activities: Organizing the "Pomorie on Three Stages" festival to promote the tourist destination. Promoting a shared tourist route through the distribution of a film, brochures, postcards, and maps
   
• Infrastructural support to boost sustainable tourism in the cross-border region:
   
  Pomorie – restoration of a building with historical value and establishment of "House of Culture and Traditions“,  delivery of equipment to provide a virtual reality experience
   
  Kırklareli District – marking routes by placing permanent information signs on key tourist road infrastructure
   
  Babaeski and Ahmetbey – installation of 2 electric vehicle charging stations. Delivery of an electric vehicle.
